PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the passage of a plastic resin even if adjacent armature coils are arranged extremely closely and further closest to the outer periphery of the rotor by winding a coil wire to the entire width of an inner part and only to a specific width for an outer part. SOLUTION: Although the inner parts of armature coils 4 and 5 are arranged closely on a circuit substrate 3, the lower outer-periphery parts of the armature coils 4 and 5 are not wound for several turns. As a result, the area between the adjacent armature coils 4 and 5 is reduced extremely but parts where no coil wire is wound oppose each other, thus forming a passage 8 of plastic resin. Therefore, even if the armature coils 4 and 5 are arranged to the full outer diameter of a rotor 1, one portion of the outside of the armature coils 4 and 5 does not become a short mold since a resin 7 is securely routed also to the outer-periphery side of the armature coils 4 and 5, thus securing a torque and improving characteristics.
