PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the voltage detector for a battery pack composed of a simple circuit construction, while suppressing the decline in detection precision and in safety. SOLUTION: A battery pack 1 comprises battery blocks 11 and 12, which are connected in series to each other and composed of a plurality of battery modules BAT01-10 connected in series to each other respectively. Respective block terminals of the battery blocks 11 and 12, which are the highest level terminal or the lowest level terminal of the battery blocks 11 and 12, are individually connected to one of the input terminals of a module voltage detection unit 4 via a pair of a reference potential charge-over switch SW21 and a reverse current blocking diode D1, which are connected in series to each other or a pair of a reference potential charge-over switch SW22 and a reverse current blocking diode D2, which are connected in series to each other. The terminals other than the block terminals of the respective battery modules BAT01-10 are connected to the other input terminals of the module voltage detection unit 4, via different module potential change-over switches SW1-SW10.
