PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearing aid for TV in which a hearing aid signal level is automatically changed following the change of a TV voice reproduction level in case of changing the level and also sound quality is not degraded when a hearing aid processing is executed through the use of the voice signal of a TV voice output terminal. SOLUTION: When the volume of TV 1 is changed, the reproduction level from a TV speaker 3 is measured by a sound pressure level measuring means 10 through a microphone 8. A correlative analysis means 9 executes correlative analysis by using the signals from the microphone 8 and the voice output terminal 2 and calculates a correlative coefficient and a listening distance. Then a control means 13 controls the amplification factor of an amplifier 6 based on the sound pressure level measured by an input signal level measuring means 11, the sound pressure level measuring means 10 and by the setting value of a correlative level input means 12. Thus, the voice signal where a high band is emphasized is outputted from a hearing aid speaker 7.
