PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and highly reliable particle beam irradiator. SOLUTION: In a particle beam irradiator that has a first wabbler electromagnet 2 and a second wabbler electromagnet 4 where the direction of a generated magnetic field changes with the lapse of time and outputs a particle beam accelerated in an accelerator after it is deflected by the first wabbler electromagnet 2 and the second wabbler electromagnet 4, equipment or a support structure for it existing within an effective magnetic field of the first wabbler electromagnet 2 and the second wabbler electromagnet 4 is composed of insulating substances or a material whose electric resistance is higher than that of a metal.
