PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent harmful substances such as dioxin and the like from a charge hole from leaking, and restrict a bad influence to the natural environment to the minimum, and further improve a working environment of a worker. SOLUTION: There are provided an inlet portion 2i and an outlet portion 2o. There are further provided a throwing duct 2 facing the outlet portion 2o to a combustion chamber C, an outer door 3 for opening/closing the inlet portion 2i, an inner door 4 for opening/closing the outlet portion 2o, an outer door sensor 5 for detecting an opening/closing state of the outer door 3, an inner door sensor 6 for detecting an opening/closing state of the inner door 4, an outer door lock function portion 7 capable of locking the outer door 3 at a closing position, an inner door lock function 8 capable of locking the inner door 4 at a closing position, and a control portion 9. Hereby, provided at least the inner door sensor 6 detects the opening state, the outer door 3 is locked at the closing position with the aid of the outer door lock function portion 7 while provided the outer door sensor 6 detects the opening state, the inner door 4 is locked at the closing position with the aid of the inner door lock function portion 8.
