PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full color display using an organic EL having big luminance even if the display screen is made fine by increasing the number of picture elements. SOLUTION: Electrode takeout parts for various kinds of electrodes are provided in the respective directions shown by arrows 81, 82. Takeout parts 25a of a cathode electrode for blue are formed on one side in the direction shown by the arrow 82. Takeout parts 27a of a cathode electrode for green are formed on another side in the direction shown by the arrow 82. Electrode takeout parts 29a of a cathode electrode for red 29 are formed on the side shown by the arrow 81 among the four sides. Common takeout parts of anode electrodes for blue, green and red 10 are formed on another side. |
