PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently exchange the image forming element of an image forming device when the image forming element thereof is dead. SOLUTION: The life of a photoreceptor 3, the life of the carrier of a two- component type developer D for visualizing an electrostatic latent image formed on the photoreceptor 3, the life of an electrifying roller 4, the life of a cleaning blade 21 and the life of a discharge needle 16 are all made equal, whereby the elements are exchanged collectively when they are dead. Since an image carrier, an electrifying member, the carrier of the developer, a cleaning member and a transfer material discharging member are exchanged collectively, exchanging operation is simplified and maintenance cost is drastically reduced. |
