摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability, to reduce manhours and material cost and to improve productivity by forming a temperature protection element in a base by connecting it in series with at least one electrode external lead wire, and by carrying out the connection of the temperature protection element with the electrode external lead wire by means of crimp connection by the use of a crimp terminal set side the base. SOLUTION: A base is composed of a receiving base 4a and a lid base, and a crimp terminal 8 for connecting a temperature protection element 6 with an electrode external lead wire 7 is set in the receiving base 4a in addition to four base lead terminals 5. Each of the necessary electrode external lead wires 7 or the lead wire of the temperature protection element 6 is automatically inserted into the corresponding cut-out slot part of the base lead terminals 5 and the crimp terminal 8 and crimped. Next, the receiving base 4a is automatically fitted to the lid base to engage a locking claw with a locking part and thus, they are integrated. The occurrence of an short-circuit accident in the base 4 can be prevented by using an insulating cover on a part of the lead wire of the temperature protection element 6 if necessary.
