<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an operation with plural computers in an operation environment that is usually used by a person who carries them by carrying a coordinate input device. SOLUTION: Recognition is performed by a plug and play function of a personal computer body 2 and it is made available as a normal coordinates input device by connecting a mouse 1 to the body 2, in such a case, a control program is also loaded to the body 2, an authentication program is loaded to the body 2 by the control program, a fingerprint detection pattern from a fingerprint detecting part 8 provided in the mouse 1 is authenticated, and when the authentication is performed, an application program that is preliminarily stored in the mouse 1 is loaded to the body 2 and is made available. Also, when the mouse 1 is disconnected from the body 2, the program loaded to the body 2 from the mouse 1 is eliminated by the control program.</p> |
