<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic spring clutch operable as a clutch even by small coil capacity. SOLUTION: A clutch coil spring(CCS) 108 engages with an output shaft 104 and an armature(AT) 20 at the left and right end sides respectively. An electromagnetic coil is formed on a coil bobbin(CB) 22 having the center hole 116 on which the AT 20 is mounted to be incorporated into a field core(FC) 122. The AT 20 can be movable between the engaging and unengaging positions engaging with the right end side of the CCS 108 and releasing the engagement respectively along an axial direction, unturnable in a peripheral direction. The end part, in the engaging positional direction of the AT 20 always energized in the engaging positional direction by a spring 138, is protruded from the end surface of the FC 122, and a flange 24 is formed on the outer peripheral surface, and an input shaft 102 is externally fitted turnably, and also the right end side of the CCS 108 is locked between the right end side of the CCS 108 and the AT 20, to arrange a stepping collar 14 engaging with the AT 20 when the AT 20 is moved to the engaging position.</p> |
