<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil burning low NOx burner in which low NOx and stable combustion are ensured. SOLUTION: There is formed around an oil atomizer 11 an annular space 36 in which a rear end located oppositely to an injection direction from a spray hole 23 is closed, and it has an annular opening portion 38 at another front end which sorrounds the oil atomizer 11. There are further provided an windbox 12 having a supply hole for combustion air for injecting turning combustion air, and a cylindrical tapered portion 53 formed into funnel shape with a thick tip end intervened between a small cylindrical section 51 and a large cylindrical section 52 both having uniform cross sections, and further a flame cone 13 fixed to the windbox 12 at the opening portion 38. The flame cone 13 includes an annular protrusion 55 protruded into an internal peripheral section of the large cylinder section 52 frontally of the spray hole 23, and further includes an exhaust gas suction hole 56 at a rear position from the annular protruded portion 55.</p> |
