The ejection nozzle of a jet engine consists of a channel (3) for the ejection of hot gas and a screening device, which consists of a flow body (6), in the form of a bulb, held in the centre of the outlet channel by the link arms (10). The body has an aerodynamic profile, adapted to the profile of the outlet channel and is terminated by a neck (12). The body is cooled by cooling fluid fed through the link arms.
