PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize cost reduction and enhance reliability by preventing a deviation in a light distributing characteristic due to vibrations and shocks during traveling. SOLUTION: In this headlamp 1, a light-distribution switching mechanism is made up of a shading hood 3, comprising a fixed part 31 and a moving part 32 to open a cutout part 31a provided on an upper surface of the fixed part 31, and a reflector 4 comprising a first reflection surface 41 provided in an area reflecting the light from an illuminant 2 when the cutout part 31a is closed and a second reflection surface 42 provided in an area reflecting the light coming from the illuminant 2 through the cutout part 31a when it is opened for generating auxiliary light distribution. At the time of switching of the light distribution characteristic, the switching is enabled by this simple structure of opening/closing only the cutout part without moving the illuminant and the like requiring high accuracy. |
