<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail distribution device and a mail distribution method for simplifying an application procedure while eliminating illegal applications. SOLUTION: While distributing the mail of contents to which an identification code is added to the mail address of information for indicating a temporary application, the identification code and the mail address of a replying person included in return mail for which the distributed mail is original mail are collated with the registration data of a table. In the case that a record matched with the registration data is present, the information of a main application is set to the record and prescribed information is mail-distributed to the mail address of the information for indicating the main application. In the case of liking the distribution mail (sample mail) of a temporary application stage, the procedure of the mail application is performed just by returning the sample mail, and since a reply by someone other than an individual who receives the sample mail can not be performed, illegal application procedures under the mail address of the others are eliminated.</p> |
