<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only form an auxiliary capacitive part without increasing a forming process at a manufacturing time and to reduce an area of a capacitive electrode. SOLUTION: In a flat display device provided with plural pieces of signal lines formed on an insulation substrate, plural pieces of scanning lines nearly orthogonally intersected with the signal lines, an array substrate containing a pixel electrode 13 arranged in the vicinity of respective crossing parts between the signal lines and the scanning lines through switch elements, a counter substrate arranged opposite to the array substrate and an optical modulation layer held between the array substrate and the counter substrate, the array substrate contains a first electrode 10 electrically connected to the pixel electrode 13, a second electrode 5 opposite to the first electrode 10 and a first insulation film 6 arranged on the second electrode 5, and an inter-electrode area 6b in the first insulation film 6 whose film thickness is thinner than other area 6a, and whose impurity ion density is different from other area.</p> |
