<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photographic image improved in image reproducibility by forming a base material comprising an upper surface combined with gelatin, and a lower surface having a matted face, and a biaxially stretched polyolefin integrated sheet having specified rigidity and a specified thickness. SOLUTION: The base material of this image forming element comprises the upper surface combined with gelatin, and the lower surface having a matted surface, and the biaxially stretched polyolefin integrated sheet having flexural rigidity of at least 120 milli-Newton and a thickness of >160μm. It is preferred that this biaxially stretched polyolefin sheet has void micropores, and they are formed usually by coextruding the core layer and the surface layer of the polyolefin sheet and then biaxially stretching them, and inducing void micropores around void pore inducing materials contained in the core layer. It is preferred that the thickness of the core layer having the micropores is 10-60μm.</p> |
