<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting device for a moving body, which can easily decide a GPS satellite suitable for detecting the moving body even when a receiving antenna is buried. SOLUTION: An antenna 6 which receives radio waves which are transmitted from a plurality of GPS satellites is provided. In addition, a reception means 7 by which the reception intensity of radio waves and the angle of elevation of a GPS satellite are extracted from information contained in the radio waves received by the antenna 6 is provided. In addition, a moving-body existence judgment means 8 by which the GPS satellite used to detect a moving body is selected out of the plurality of GPS satellites on the basis of the reception intensity and the angle of elevation, and which detects the moving body on the basis of a change in the reception intensity of the radio waves transmitted by the selected GPS satellite is provided.</p> |
