The binder resin comprises a carboxylated chlorinated polyolefin (II) in which the content of components having a molecular weight of 2,000 or lower is 2 % or lower and the ratio of the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) to the number-average molecular weight (Mn), Mw/Mn, is 4 or lower.</p> |
