PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for buffering a data strobe signal with a high speed memory element preventing malfunction and improving an operation margin. SOLUTION: A first buffering part 100 and a second buffering part 200 for outputting a second inner data strobe signal are installed. Delay between the respective pulses of a first inner data strobe signal from the rising edges of the respective pulses of an outer data strobe signal is substantially similar to delay between the respective pulses of a second inner data strobe signal from the falling edges of the respective pulses of the outer data strobe signal.
