PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stable communication in the case of executing facsimile communication with facsimile equipment connected to a cable line through a radio line. SOLUTION: A card 2 connected to a personal computer 1 transmits an AT command and picture data from the computer 1 through a PHS terminal 3 by a PIAFS(PHS internet access forum standard) protocol. A facsimile converter 6 converts the command and picture data by the PIAFS protocol to a frame by T.30 to transmit to the facsimile equipment 8 connected to an analog line.
