The portable working machine (10) can be positioned and held on a holder with a motor drive (12). The machine has function controls including a first priority control trigger (24) for the positioning and holding device and a second control trigger (26) for the drive. The triggers can be manually moved between standby and use positions. The first one has a blocking device (32) to block the second one in the standby position.
