摘要 To process wound textile materials in a treatment fluid, they are placed within an assembly where measurement of pressure differences gives the fluid vol. flow through or along the material. The pressure difference measurement in the fluid flow is directly in front of and behind the pump. The measured pressure difference is passed to a control unit, for correlation with the pump characteristics to generate an appropriate control signal to set a selected flow vol. The flow vol. is corrected by altering the pump rotary speed and/or by a throttle in the flow channel downstream of the pump in the circuit. The pump characteristic is selected from a number of characteristics, each related to a pump rotary speed. An Independent claim is included for an appts. with a pressure monitor (4,5) in the fluid flow circuit (8,8a,8b), directly upstream and downstream of the pump (1). Preferred Features: The pressure monitor system (4,5) is connected to a control, which generates a control signal to set the working of the pump (1) and/or the setting of a throttle in the flow circuit, by correlation of the pressure signals with the pump characteristics. The control has a display to indicate the flow vol. and/or a specific vol. flow rate. The control has an input to take in data relating to the weight of the textile material being processed, and the required flow vol. per time unit and temp. unit and pH value and/or for the flow vol. per color separation.
