The invention concerns a device (1) comprising a top (6), a ring (3) axially maintained on the container part (2) defining said container opening, and two arc-shaped arms (4), each of which is connected to the top (6) via a hinge-film (5) and foldable parts (4a), and to the ring. Said arms (4) enable the top (6) to be tilted outwards relative to the container (2) so as to be released from the container opening. The invention is characterised in that the top (6) comprises means (21) adapted to be supported, when said top is tilted, against the container (2) and to exert, by said support, a pull on said arms (4), said pull being non-existent or minimal in positions where the top (6) is engaged on the container (2) opening and where said top (6) is completely clear (6) beyond said opening, but being maximal in the position where the top is in a position intermediate between those two positions.
