<p>The invention concerns a method and an installation for drying a textile mass, in particular applied to wet clothes after washing. Said method comprises the following steps: passing overheated water vapour (2, 7) through the textile mass located in said drying zone (1) so as to extract by evaporation from the textile mass the moisture contained therein in the form of water vapour; recuperating (3, 4, 6) the condensation heat of the water vapour extracted from the textile mass to produce, at least partly, said overheated water vapour.</p> |
