<p>A spiced alcoholic beverage containing an anticancer substance and prepared from the active components of Inpatiens balsamina and Grifola frondosa; and a medicinal processed food prepared by drying the fruit body of Grifola frondosa immersed in alcohol in the preparation of the spiced alcoholic beverage and powdering the resulting fruit body. The alcoholic beverage is prepared by immersing 10 to 50 wt.% of the whole and petals of Inpatiens balsamina reaped in the best flowering period and dried in the shade in a colorless transparent alcoholic beverage of at least 30 degrees, adding further petals of Inpatiens balsamina and honey to the immersion system in this order, continuing the immersion of the whole and petals of Inpatiens balsamina as such for at least half a month, adding the fruit body of Grifola frondosa to the immersion system, and keeping the resulting system as such for 24 hours to conduct additional immersion. The whole and petals of Inpatiens balsamina and the fruit body of Grifola frondosa are taken out of the final immersion system obtained above, among which the fruit body is dried and powdered to give the medicinal processed food.</p> |
