<p>Liposomes having drugs encapsulated therein which have a positive targeting effect, surely remain stable in the blood and are efficaciously usable in diagnosing and/or treating diseases in association with the production of proteoglycans, in particular, kidney diseases, characterized in that the membrane components thereof comprise (1) a basic compound charged positively within the physiological pH range, (2) a lipid derivative of a hydrophilic polymer, and (3) a lipid constituting the liposomes, and the composition ratios of these components are as follows: the content of the component (1) ranging from 1 to 20 % by mol based on the component (3), and the content of the component (2) ranges from 0.2 to 5 % by mol based on the sum of the components (1) and (3).</p> |
