PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make surely engageable a moving frame with a driving ring at a set-up time even though the driving ring has rotated. SOLUTION: Before the moving frame 5 and a rotation frame 2 are extended from a housing position to a photographing position at the set-up time, a control circuit 10 controls the driving circuit 16 of a motor 21 so that the driving force of the motor 21 is transmitted to a rotation driving gear 23 through a changeover mechanism 20 and the driving ring 3 is driven so as to move to an initial position at which it is surely engaged with the moving frame 5 and the rotation frame 2. Also, after the moving frame 5 and the rotation frame 2 are extended to the photographing position, an engaged state is discriminated by the output of the position detection circuit 17, and when they are not engaged, the driving ring 3 is driven so as to be moved to the initial position again after retracting the moving frame 5 and the rotation frame 2 once.
