This invention relates to methods of treatment of persons and animals with indications of immuno-deficiency, wherein the said indication is resultant from viral and/or bacterial infections, infectious protein units, and/or causes. Herein is described the method of administration of Th2 cytokines in combination with antibody and/or receptor or antagonist to a Th2 cytokine. In one aspect, the administration of a Th2 cytokine in combination with an agonist or antagonist to said Th2 cytokine is presented. In one embodiment, the agonist and/or antagonist is a receptor to a Th2 cytokine, such as Interleukin-4 (or mutein receptor), which is administered in combination with a Th2 cytokine. Additionally the above combination of Th2 cytokine and agonist/antagonist to Th2 cytokine may be administered in combination with a protease inhibitor and/or reverse transcriptase general anti-viral drugs. |
