FIELD: food, pharmaceutical, perfume-cosmetic branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing oily solutions of biologically active substances from mountain-ash, rowan melanocarpous, rose fruits and other raw. Method involves raw cooling to negative temperature, drying, milling and extraction with an organic solvent. Before cooling the raw is dried partially to water content 40-50 wt.-%, cooled to (-30)-(-40) C, dried to water content 20-25 wt.-%, milled and extracted with water-soluble organic solvent, for example, acetone. Biologically active substances are extracted from obtained solution with water-insoluble organic solvent, for example, hexane followed by its distilling off.
