FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at provision of sealing of plastic vessels. Proposed device has cap with side wall and bottom. Cap is provided with thread on inner surface of side wall, safety tearoff ring connected with cap by weakened section, and sealing device. Screw lock has threaded bushing and check valve for delivering gas medium into vessel. Cap is made in form of collet enclosed by ring clamp from outside.
