Phosphate material based on loam and phosphoric acid has iron-containing waste of metallurgic production at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: loam 71-74; iron-containing waste of metallurgic production at residue on sieve N 008 5-7% 7-11; ortho-phosphoric acid of specific gravity 1.24-1.25 g/cm3 - the rest. Invention provides replacing expensive ferrous (II) oxide by iron-containing waste of metallurgical production. EFFECT: waterproof phosphate material making, decreased cost. 1 tbl
