<p>FIELD: communication systems with parallel access and code-division multiple-channel access, in particular, bounded message transmission system, in which stationary base stations are arranged in groups for multiple usage of sequences. SUBSTANCE: device has base stations (15) for information reception and transmission, and central controller 10, which is connected to base stations 15 for controlling them. Central controller 10 assigns initial values for generation of pseudorandom sequences by each base station 15 according information transmitted and received by base stations 15.
