A circuit for communication between a first chip and a second chip includes a first circuit positioned on the first chip to transmit a first signal on a first terminal and a second signal on a second terminal, wherein said first circuit combines the first signal and the second signal in a combined signal and a second circuit positioned on the second chip to receive the combined signal, wherein the second circuit separates the first signal and the second signal from the combined signal.
