FIELD: testing vehicles with pneumatic tires. SUBSTANCE: device has supporting slab mounting pulse-action member applying pulses to wheels of one of vehicle axles in the form of stiff solid strip whose thickness makes up 0.03 to 0.06 of tire contacting spot. Device has also tension spring and locking mechanism for holding pulse-action member in initial position that has pedals and levers; pulse-action member is installed in bushings for angular displacement between two extreme positions - vertical displacement during which pulses are applied and horizontal one excluding pulse action. EFFECT: improved precision of testing and estimating parameters of cushioning system. 3 dwg
