SUBSTANCE: load grip swivel head has load-carrying mechanism for engagement with load-gripping device including outer movable ring and member for putting onto hook of load-lifting device. Load-carrying mechanism has hollow cylinder with flange provided with ring projection and bottom with threaded hole, screw with stepped flange, ring recess and through hole and fitted in threaded hole of hollow cylinder bottom, lower and upper frames, at least two pairs of carriers some of which are rigidly secured on upper frame and are arranged in longitudinal holes of other carriers arranged in slots of lower frame, cup secure on lower frame and weight for mounting load grip ping device engaging with cup and provided with upper and lower flanges with holes in flanges for second carriers movable relative to weight and load gripping device.
