FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: flying vehicle has case, two outer wing panels, fin and two stabilizer panels. Fin, wing panels and stabilizer panels are mounted for rotation around respective lateral axes of body-axis coordinate system of flying vehicle. Rim is additionally mounted on case rotation around longitudinal axis of body-axis coordinate system of flying vehicle; wing panel axles are fitted in this rim. EFFECT: normal functioning of all systems of flying vehicle in forming rather high horizontal aerodynamic force. 1 dwg
