FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed pump is designed for transferring viscous materials, such as green rubber. Pump has two pistons 10, each moving in cylinder 11. They are acted upon by screw 21 through slots 12. In process of delivering, cylindrical spool 6, rotating in support IA2, overlaps in turn channels IAI laid from cylinders. This cylindrical spool 6 has axial hole 61 and slot passage 62 turned square to indicated hole. Hole 61 and passage 62 form spacethrough which collected material is displaced in direction of pump discharge hole. EFFECT: facilitated flow of handle viscous material, provision of constant discharge at preset operating conditions without affecting volumetric accuracy. 25 cl, 7 dwg |
