The fluid roller machine fixed component works with a housing (1) and two fixed roller components (4A,4B) fitted at both ends and centered on an axis of the housing. Each of the fixed roller components has a spirally shaped winding section, formed on an end plate. An electric motor (8) is provided in the housing (1) between the two fixed roller components and has a rotor and a stator so arranged that their axes extend parallel to the axis of the housing. Two eccentric bearings (14A,14B) are provided for the two fixed roller components and each of them has an outer ring (15A,15B) between the electric motor and the fixed roller component. An intermediate ring (17A,17B) is rotatably provided on the inner peripheral side of the outer ring.
