SUBSTANCE: nonexplosive destructive composition containing calcium oxide and boric acid has calcium oxide from lime and gypsum and additionally potassium permanganate and ethylene glycol at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: potassium permanganate 1.45-9.5; ethylene glycol 5.0-21.0; boric acid 0.25-2.7 and calcium oxide from lime and gypsum - the rest.
