PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely sample a piece of sampling. SOLUTION: Not only a cut-off end edge 1a is formed on an opening 11 for sampling formed on the apex part of the outer blade body 10 of a blade cylinder but also an inner blade body 13 of a sampling blade which can be inserted into the opening 11 for sampling through the blade cylinder is provided. A pair of cantilever beam-like elastic arm parts 17 are formed opposite on the inner blade body 13 and sampling end edges 19 are respectively formed on the apex parts of both elastic arm parts 17. Both sampling end edges 19 have hooking parts 20 projected in a sampling room 18 between them and forming step difference parts 21. A pushing body 5 which can be inserted in the sampling end edges through the sampling room 18 is provided besides the blade cylinder and the sampling blade. The sampling blade and the pushing body 5 are integrally assembled by an assembling body being separable to the blade cylinder. A piece E of sampling separated from a circular cut-off part of a skin S cut off by means of the blade cylinder is placed on the step difference parts 21 on the hooking parts 20 in the sampling room 18 and is held on both sampling end edges 19 and is pushed out to the outside of the sampling blade by means of the pushing body 5.
