PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article display box that is changed, for article display, from an article storage box through a simple operation. SOLUTION: A development board has a front board 10 having on either side via an edge bend line a contiguous side board 12 formed with sideway extending locking tongues 15 and having article openings 11, a back board 20 having on either side via an edge bend line a contiguous side board 21 formed with slits in which the locking tongues 15 are inserted for upward sliding movement, a top board 19, and a bottom board 18, all which boards 10, 20, 18 and 19 are connected in a vertical line via bend lines. In the development board assembled, a middle board is placed having article receiving holes conforming to and facing the openings 11. When the front board 10 is slid up relative to the back board 20 from its normal position whereat the locking tongues 15 are inserted in the slits and the openings 11 face the receiving holes, inclined slit portions 22A direct corner portions 15c up until they are locked by locking corner portions 22b to transform the article storage formation to an article display formation.
