PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly pull out a sheet of paper from an exclusive paper case by hand by providing a paper case having an opening part opposed to between a seat and a seat cover on the back part of the seat or seat cover, and providing a protecting paper to be laid on the seat therein. SOLUTION: A paper case 8 containing sheets of protecting paper 9 is fixed to a mount seat by a screw 11 so as to be situated on the back part of a seat 3 or the back part of the seat 3 and a seat cover 5 extending over the both, and an opening part 12 provided on one side thereof is opposed to between the seat 3 and the seat cover 5. The protecting paper 9 is provided with an opening conforming to the opening of the seat 3. This is taken as one unit, wound in a continuous roll form, and housed in the paper case 8, and the center thereof is pivotally supported by a shaft 14 provided on the side lid 13 of the paper case 8. When the protecting paper 9 is pulled out, it is cut into one unit by a cutting device such as saw-tooth blade provided on the opening part 12.
