PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boxed toilet seat sheet usable very easily and prevented from being torn by a user's carelessness. SOLUTION: A boxed toilet seat sheet 1 is composed of a storage box having a toilet seat sheet lead-out port 4 at the upper face, and a plurality of toilet seat sheets 3a, 3b,... formed in shape corresponding to the seat of a Western style toilet bowl and stored in an alternately folded state in the storage box 2 so as to continuously come out sheet by sheet to the lead-out port 4.
