PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible to freely adjust the angle of inclination of the front hanging part of a seat by simple manipulation so as to meet a user handicapped in the movement of a hip joint or knee joints. SOLUTION: The adjustment mechanism of the angle of inclination of the front hanging part 52b tiltably disposed in the front part of the seat 52 is provided with a static friction member 61 disposed at a seat body 52, a moving friction member disposed on the front hanging part 52b side in superposition on the flank of the static friction member and a tightening means for tightening the moving friction member 62 and the static friction member from the sides in the desired relative positions.
