PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intaglio printer capable of efficiently using a special ink. SOLUTION: The intaglio printer comprises a plate cylinder 15 having an intaglio mounted on a periphery, an impression cylinder 14 brought into opposite contact with the cylinder 15, an ink gathering cylinder 16 brought into opposite contact with the cylinder 15 and having a blanket mounted on a periphery, a chevron cylinder 17, an intermediate roller 18, an ink fountain roller 19, an ink fountain 20 of a first ink supply means for supplying general ink to the blanket of the cylinder 16, a rubber roller 21, a rotary screen 22 of a second ink supply means brought into opposite contact with the cylinder 15 for supplying special ink the intaglio, and a wiping roller 23 brought into opposite contact with the cylinder 15.
