<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coating the surface of a sliced-veneer sheet of which the surface can be coated in a beautiful finish. SOLUTION: A fibrous sheet 2 is adhered to the surface of a mold release plate 1, and a sliced veneer 3 is adhered to the surface of the sheet 2. After the coloring treatment in which the surface of the sliced veneer 3 is coated, a sliced-veneer sheet 4 formed by the adhesion/integration of the sliced veneer 3 to/with the sheet 2 is peeled off from the mold release plate 1. Since the sheet 4 is adhered provisionally to the surface of the plate 1, the sheet 4, even when it is soft and flexible, is prevented from being bent owing to the rigidity of the plate 1.</p> |
