PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce restriction on an installation place of the opening part by forming a frame by joining columns and beams in a box shape, forming a reinforcing frame body for suspending horizontal members between a pair of vertical members between upper/lower beams, and forming these as an opening frame. SOLUTION: Beams 3, 4 are suspended between the mutual upper end parts and between the mutual lower end parts of four-corner columns 2 composed of shape steel to form a box-shaped frame 1 made of a rigid-frame structure. Diagonal bracings 8a, 8b are installed on the ceiling surface of the frame 1. Horizontal members 11 are suspended between vertical members 10a, 10b to form a reinforcing frame body 9 to form the reinforcing frame body 9 as a window frame, and horizontal members 12 and vertical members 13 are installed as a reinforcing frame material in the upper side part and the lower side part of the window frame to form a building unit. Thus, a window and a porch frame can be installed in an optional place.
