PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle luggage holder which can hold and carry a lengthy luggage in a safe condition on a bicycle. SOLUTION: This holder has a bracket 1 mounted on an axle of a front wheel of a bicycle, a longitudinal supporting member 2 coupled to this bracket 1, a lower supporting member 3 connected to the lower portion of the supporting member 2, and a binding mechanism 4. The binding mechanism 4 comprises an upper supporting member 5 coupled to the upper portion of the supporting member 2 and a band-like stopper 6 coupled to the upper supporting member 5. The lower end of a lengthy luggage N is inserted into and held by the lower supporting member 3. The upper portion of the luggage N is fit into an insertion portion 12 of the upper supporting member 5 to be prevented form coming off by means of the stopper 6. Then, the luggage is fixed on the bicycle.
