PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply restore a pseudo-key interlock release condition even when the pseudo-key interlock velease condition is turned into a normal condition. SOLUTION: A rope part 140 having its leading end extended to the crew side through a shift hole 26 in a housing 24, is formed from a shift lock plate 80. When a shift lever 22 is turned to an N-position after a pseudo-key interlock release condition is turned into a normal condition, by pulling the rope part 140 in this condition, the shift block plate 80 is slide upward while a plunger 74 in a shift lock solenoid 66 is pulled out by an urging force of a compression coil spring 78, and accordingly, a stopper 76 is shifted to a portion where the downward slide of the shift lock plate 80 can be limited. Thereby, it is possible to simply restore the pseudo-key interlock release condition.
