摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an expanded part called a lower swelling since when an ice cream is formed by a conventional vertical type pillow-shaped baggy body, the lower swelling is formed at the lower part of the pillar-shaped baggy body by the action of gravity and difficulties arise in application of easy peel, freezing, takeout after freezing and other operations thereafter. SOLUTION: Two means are provided. One of them is to eliminate the occurrence of lower swelling when a soft ice cream as a precursor for a soft state ice cream is packed into the interior of a pillar-shaped baggy body. In order to eliminate the lower swelling, the soft ice cream is previously packed into a circular mold 10a or a square mold, only the soft ice cream at the outer periphery of the mold is melted, made into a bare state 10'a and packed into the interior of the pillar-shaped baggy body. After that, operations are carried out conventionally. The other means comprises packing the soft ice cream into the interior of the pillar-shaped baggy body conventionally to form a lower swelling, correcting the swelling by a pair of an upper and a lower adjusting plates and carrying out operations conventionally.
